Our representative will receive you at the Cochin International Airport and will escort you to the hotel. Remaining time is at leisure. Stay overnight at your hotel.
Cochin Tour
Morning after breakfast, proceed for the guided sightseeing tour in Cochin. Visit the Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry palace, St. Francis Church during the day. The Jew street and the Chinese fishing nets at Fort Cochin beach are the must see. Stay overnight at your hotel.
Cochin Kodanadu - Munnar
Morning drive to Munnar, en-route visiting Kodanadu elephant training Camp. Later proceed further and on arrival at Munnar, check in at the hotel. Remaining time is at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Munnar
After breakfast enjoy the local sightseeing of Munnar. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Overnight stay is arranged at Munnar.
Munnar - Periyar
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (04 Hrs); on arrival check in to the hotel. Later proceed for an afternoon boat ride over Lake Periyar. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. You may enjoy the optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride during the day at an extra cost. Stay overnight in Thekkady.
Periyar
Morning enjoy an elephant ride in the periphery of the jungle. Later enjoy a guided plantation tour during the day. Stay overnight at Periyar.
Periyar - Kumarakom
After a refreshing breakfast, leave for Kumarakom, a land lying on the banks of Lake Vembanad, enveloped with stunning scenery. Engage in what the locals master in - pluck huge coconuts and learn de-husking, breaking and grating them to prepare delicious dishes, flavoured with exotic spices! Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, a home to thousand and more of rare species of birds, is also included in the itinerary. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Kumarakom - Alleppey (houseboat)
After a refreshing breakfast, set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard. Overnight stay in the houseboat
Alleppey - Kovalam
Morning after breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and drive to Kovalam. On arrival, check in at your beach resort. This beach town ranked high among international tourists is an ideal destination to feel the tropical sun and to feel contented about the golden suntan. Water enthusiasts have a lot of beach activities to indulge in like - kayaking, swimming, surfing and skiing. Stay overnight at your beach resort.
Kovalam - Trivandrum - Kovalam
After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Trivandrum- an ancient city, dating back to 1000 BC. This capital city of Kerala is a beautiful seaside metropolis built on seven hills. It is located on the west coast of India spreading over a total of 2,192 sq. km. Visit Padmanabhaswami Temple, Srichitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Zoo. Stay overnight at your beach resort
Kovalam - Trivandrum - Departure Transfer
